 I thought I'd share this video that I found on another blog. The quality isn't great, but it's definitely worth watching.

The Wave's Slogan:

Strength through Discipline    (power/control)
Strength through Community  (belonging/allegiance)
Strength through Action         (work together/obey the rules)

Just add a charismatic leader and zealous followers and watch what happens.
